Terms of Use
These Terms apply to the Ponovo mobile application published by Miroljub Mitrović under the public developer name mirosculptor.
Use of the app
You may use Ponovo to create, edit, save, and export your own audio projects. You are responsible for ensuring that material you record, import, or share does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of audio and projects you create. Ponovo does not claim ownership of your recordings.
Local storage and backups
Projects are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of important projects. Uninstalling the app, clearing app data, device failure, or storage loss may remove locally stored projects.
No warranty
Ponovo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device, microphone, accessory, or third-party sharing app.
Changes
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.
